அன்புக் குழந்தைகளே,

நீங்கள் தீபாவளி உத்சாகத்தில் புது உடை, மத்தாப்பு, பட்டாசுகள் மற்றும் தின் பண்டங்களுடன் மஜாவாக வளைய வருவதைப் பார்க்கிறேன். காலையில் கடவுளுக்கு முன் நின்று பிரார்த்தனை செய்ய மறக்காதீர்கள். பின் குருவையும் பெற்றோர்களையும் மனதார வணங்குங்கள். உங்களுக்காக இதோ ஆங்கிலத்தில் ஒரு கவிதை:

Pray to God, our master, our Lord

Pray to the Guru, to yourself be true,

Pranam your parents

Who encourage your talents

Seek blessings from elders

And then enjoy your crackers,

With affectionate hug and love

உங்கள் அன்புக்குரிய அம்மம்மா விசாலம்
