He was affected by polio in his young age.

He was interested in reading magazines since childhood. Ratnabaala, Gogulam are and comics were childhood favorites.

He was good artist too, won few painting competitions at school. But not focused on that line.

For his career he started his own a printing press at hometown.

During the period he started the handwritten magazine, later started an circulation magazine (udhaya thaaragai). He also wrote articles and drawing to kepiyar, another circulation magazine published from neighborhood. During the period he had got introduction to many well known writers in Tamil.

Later the press was closed down. Still he continued to write to magazine and circulation magazines.

Around 2004, he entered into internet world. He learned computer himself with the help of books. Earlier he started in the designing and drawing, later he focused on Tamil computing. Same time he continued his writings in blogs & web magazines.

He wanted to continue the uthayatharagai in web then we have started the web magazine www.valaimozhi.in
